Tom Holland put the rumours that he has split from Zendaya to bed once and for all on Saturday when he shared a clip of the actress at work to his Instagram Story.
The Spider-Man actor, 27, reposted a Reel from Zendaya fan page @slaylikedaya which featured behind the scenes shots of Zendaya, also 27, from her new film Challengers.
Tom showed his 66 million followers that the ship was still sailing as he wrote three heart-eye emojis with the video and tagged @challengersmovie.
Challengers is an upcoming romantic sports comedy-drama also starring Josh O’Connor and Broadway actor Mike Faist.
The clip, edited from a video on the Challengers Instagram account, began with a close-up of Zendaya’s eye.
We then see a close-up of Josh’s eyes. The actor, 33, received critical acclaim and Emmy and Golden Globe awards for his portrayal of Prince Charles in The Crown.
Mike Faist, 32, who played the titular role in smash musical Dear Evan Hansen, sat shirtless off-court.
In a close-up shot, Zendaya, debuted a blunt bob and seductively bit her lip wearing a smart white shirt.
Later, Josh sports a curly bob wig and a very similar shirt and Zendaya can be heard laughing: ‘It’s the wig for me!’
Zendaya is seen hard at work in the Reel, practising off-set and playing on set in a cute white tennis dress.
Her character is sponsored by Adidas and a quick shot of her in a poster for the sports company is also show.
The last clip is Zendaya, who is off-camera, asking the film’s director Luca Guadagnino: ‘How do you like your creation?
Luca, 52, who is sitting on a sofa, smiled and replied: ‘It’s great, right?’
It comes after the two put on a united front at the Dune: Part Two premiere in London in February. Zendaya stars in the film.
Split rumours began circulating in January that the acting couple were no more when Zendaya unfollowed Tom on Instagram.
However, Zendaya unfollowed everyone and Tom still followed her.
Adding to the concern of fans was the fact that the Golden Globe winning actress and the Spider-Man actor haven’t been photographed together since October 25, when they were snapped grocery shopping in Los Angeles.
But again, a source with direct knowledge says the couple were seen together as recently as New Year’s Eve, according to TMZ.
Also, at the Critics Choice Awards 2024, Tom shared several rare comments about his and Zendaya’s private life.
Speaking to Extra, Tom said: ‘Zendaya and I will, every now and then, watch Spider-Man 1 and reminisce about being 19 and making those movies again.
‘I love those movies, and I love savoring those moments, so I try not to watch them as often as I would maybe like to because it’s so special. It’s such a luxury, such a gift to be able to sit down and sort of relive your youth.’
He also divulged that the Euphoria actress supports him in his career, explaining that she watched his series The Crowded Room frequently and gave him feedback.
Tom said: ‘She watched [The Crowded Room] with me while we were editing it — I would send her episodes and asked her what she thought, so she definitely has seen it more times than I would have expected her to see it.’
He and Zendaya finally went public with their relationship in 2021 but it is thought that they began dating as early as 2017.
Tom will star as Romeo in Jamie Lloyd’s Romeo & Juliet at the Duke Of York theatre from May to August. Tickets completely sold out in a matter of hours.
