Pamela Bach-Hasselhoff’s final Instagram post is hitting differently in the wake of her passing.

The Baywatch actress — who was married to David Hasselhoff from 1989 to 2006 and shares daughters Taylor, 34, and Hayley, 32 — was found dead at her Los Angeles home on Wednesday, March 5, from an apparent suicide, according to TMZ. She was 62.

Just weeks before her passing, Pamela shared a hopeful New Year’s Eve message alongside a photo of herself in front of a Christmas tree and a video of her granddaughter, London (Taylor’s daughter, who was born in August 2024). 

“As we step into 2025, my heart is full of gratitude, especially for my precious grandbaby, London🎀,” she wrote on December 31, 2024 via Instagram. “Watching her grow and seeing her smile light up my world is truly the greatest blessing. My wish for all of you this year is health, happiness, and an abundance of love. May 2025 be filled with beautiful moments, laughter, and all the blessings your hearts can hold. Here’s to a year of making cherished memories, spreading joy, and embracing every precious moment!”

Following news of her death, fans flocked to the post, leaving messages of shock and sorrow.

“Oh no…WHY? May you rest in peace,” one person wrote.

“So very sorry you’re gone! Sorry for your family’s loss,” another said.

“OMG! This is such heartbreaking and shocking news. Pamela and David have been part of my childhood,” chimed in a third.

“Pamela, I hope you dance in heaven like you danced on stage in Zurich. RIP 😢,” someone else added.

David, 72, addressed the news in a statement on Thursday, March 6.

“Our family is deeply saddened by the recent passing of Pamela Hasselhoff,” the ‘80s TV icon wrote on X (formerly Twitter). “We are grateful for the outpouring of love and support during this difficult time but kindly request privacy as we grieve and navigate through this challenging time.”

Neither of their daughters has publicly commented, but Hayley reposted a throwback snap of her parents on her Instagram Story, adding a simple 🤍 emoji.

Pamela never remarried nor had any additional children. David, meanwhile, tied the knot with model Hayley Roberts in 2018 after meeting in 2011 when Roberts, 44, asked for his autograph in Cardiff, Wales, according to People.
