Erling Haaland has just revealed the strict diet and training regimen behind his terrible scoring form at Man City, leaving fans in awe.

The Man City superstar attracted attention when he launched his personal YouTube channel and revealed his daily routine in the video “A day in the life of a professional footballer”. Behind his devastating form in the Premier League, the Norwegian striker maintains a training and nutrition regime that is considered the “gold standard” for footballers.
Every morning, Haaland starts his day with a special cup of coffee. He said: “Coffee is a superfood if you use it properly. I add a little raw milk because it is good for the stomach, skin, bones and muscles.” The Man City star also mixes in maple syrup to “balance the nutrients from caffeine, fat and sugar .” He then takes a few minutes to walk outside to absorb the early morning light and fresh air – a habit that helps Haaland stay alert and balanced before starting his training session.

The 25-year-old striker’s breakfast usually consists of just eggs and sourdough bread, enough energy for a day of high-intensity exercise. Despite his busy schedule, Haaland still cooks for himself, a habit he has had since living alone at the age of 16 in Molde, Norway.
Haaland’s physical secret lies in his exceptional flexibility. After breakfast, physiotherapist Mario Pafundi will come to help him stretch, helping to increase the flexibility of his hips and groin – the key muscles for incredible finishing. “I have natural flexibility in my groin and hips, which is extremely important because without it, how can you score crazy goals like that ,” Haaland shared.

He then uses red light therapy to help his muscles recover, then visits Greenoaks Farm in Cheshire to buy beef, honey and raw milk, which are known to be rich in nutrients to help maintain peak physical condition. Every day, Haaland soaks in a stone bath and sauna, at least five times a week, before enjoying a dinner of steak, potatoes and salad prepared by his girlfriend Isabel Haugseng Johansen.
