And on Wednesday evening Selena Gomez kept up with appearances as she stepped out to dinner in London.
The 23-year-old took the plunge in a revealing split-to-the-thigh dress that displayed her toned and curvaceous figure.

The star recently discussed how overcoming and ignoring criticism over her body ultimately influenced her upcoming album, Revival.
During an interview with Extra, Selena admitted that she ‘was getting a lot of hate for my body and “gaining weight,” and so I was in Mexico and I was just feeling all of this stuff and I would be lying to you if I said it didn’t kind of hurt my feelings, but I kind of channelled that into my music.’
The emotional experience happened while Selena was in Mexico with her ‘favourite’ producers and writers to work on her upcoming album.
‘I felt like everybody was saying so much, and I’m like, “I need to say something,” even if it has nothing to do with that,’ she said of writing the music.
‘My songs on the record are Survivors, are Kill ‘Em With Kindness, Rise, it’s all geared towards me trying to be heard, and I think this is the best thing I’ve ever done in my whole career,’ said Selena, who also added she has commiserated with gal pals Taylor Swift and Demi Lovato over negative comments online.

Selena, who was promoting her upcoming animated film Transylvania 2, also revealed that she had temporarily deleted her Instagram account off her phone to ignore mean-spirited comments.
The actress said: ‘Well I think it’s so hard now more then ever ’cause there’s so much access to people’s heart, and that really bums me out because it’s hard to ignore all that.
‘You know, I’ve had to delete Instagram off my phone for a week and just kind of not get on it. ‘Cause it is crazy, and I couldn’t image being 13 and dealing with it.

‘So I mean my only compassion towards kids is like, “You can’t listen to it, you have to know that you’re made individually to be who you are and you should just be able to find your happiness.”
‘It’s so hard to say, ’cause I’ve been doing it myself, you know?’
